Description

Lord Curzon (1859-1925) was a leading Conservative politician who had served as Viceroy of India from 1899 to 1905. He became President of the National League for Opposing Woman Suffrage in 1912. His 'Fifteen Good Reasons Against the Grant of Female Suffrage' were first mentioned in a speech in 1909. He made similar arguments when he addressed the Scottish National Anti-Suffrage League in Glasgow in 1912.
This leaflet is undated but was published between 1910 and 1914.
